  • Led development of 5+ end-to-end business applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, LMS, banking and AI-integrated systems)
  • Run code reviews, mentor team members and lead client requirement-gathering meetings
  • Delivered systems used by 200–500 users on the largest live deployment
